It’s like the shock canceled normal bodily functions. I’m on day three of not eating; it saves money. The cheese should last me a week. The coffee is my only pleasure and it’s generic, and instant. Maybe because I feel like I’m buying the cheapest items that had me believe it should be cheaper. I was thinking more like $7.00. It’s only a two dollar difference but two dollars is meaningful when I’m not working and living off borrowed money.

I slept longer than usual today. I'm kind of lethargic, ie depressed, but I persist. I submitted six applications on Indeed and one on Craigslist for waitressing. Many preferred Spanish-speaking job posts on Craigslist.

I don't know why a criminal organization is allowed to destroy people’s lives. I'm in America, a rule of law society. The criminals are murdering people without actually pulling the trigger but through controlling people’s devices and internet, which in a capitalist society, are lifelines.
I don't know why after all I've shown—influenced internet, countless doxxing incidents, influenced storage that's weaponized on my devices, an IRS call on Christmas Eve that cost $400k, scammed over a job, false wellness check that had apt door broken down, email and text obstructions, 4 police reports, connecting to the same representatives on service calls or same representative’s voice with different names, robocall harassment, doorbell harassment, spoofed calls, 800 numbers on ads airing on Roku that show nothing online—that none of this is enough for something to be done. There have been many fraud articles in NYT, along with the thousands of BBB complaints online of similar experiences as mine.
Also, NYPD is shockingly corrupt.

MARK, IRS SCAM CALL & ASSAULT CHARGE
It’s worth noting that the criminal charge of theft, according to my lawyer friend who spoke over the phone with the detective, is forcing one's way onto someone's property. Which didn't happen. When Mark opened his apt door to give me my laundry, I put my foot in, asking why he was suddenly being hostile and unreasonable. He walked away, leaving the door open and that's when I followed him to his bedroom. Most likely it was the police officer or 911 dispatcher who suggested to add the charge. I doubt Mark knew of it, which according to my lawyer friend in Chicago is singular to NYS. Just showing again a pernicious influence that has been hounding like a cloud over my head for years.

Having been on Pinterest since 2012, then stopped using it altogether in 2022-23, I know the quotes are not normal, especially that they're always coming from the same "love" and "don't give up" direction. It's amazing how fanatic the scammers are into influencing, hoping to exploit any opportunity. I'd say that the one who is influencing critical infrastructure is more psychologically invested than the one who they’re trying to influence. Because social media is so powerful, especially to the young who don’t yet have fully-formed minds, it gives the influencer a sense of god-like ability. That must be very seductive.

Example of how I tried to report pins on Pinterest or would choose the option "Don't show pin or pins similar". I also contacted Pinterest support many times to report my influenced account, but it was futile because criminals were controlling my devices and internet only I didn't then know it.

I knew there are other sets of eyes reading my text to him, which provoked me to use the offensive words all the more. There's a difference between a black man and a hoodlum, which has a derogatory version of a word. As you can see it shows "read". The text above shows as green. When I first text HOD sometime in 2021 or 2022, all my texts showed as read, which acted like a spark of joy in my brain, even though he never once text me. I deleted that thread of texts in one of my many fits from the cruelty of it all, but I'd always start to text him again. Once the scammer appeared in spring 2022, all my texts to him showed as green. Frequently the texts were blue for a split second before turning green with "sent as SMS" not because he was in an area with poor connection, but because my devices are controlled by criminals.

What is Justice? Good question. I was brought to the US at five and half years old under the tacit pact of both South Korean and US governments to give me a chance at life. I was of the first cohort of 1980's international adoptees of an unregulated industry when all it took to adopt an international child was to be a suburban couple and three house visits after the child's placement in the home. I came to the US with no defects or health issues, according to paperwork from Korea; but by the time I was seven, I had lost my hearing in my left air, couldn't count to five nor did I know the alphabet from severe neglect, along with having other ailments. I was first placed in rural New Jersey with a family who intended to adopt me, but after a year and half decided they couldn’t once the woman became pregnant. I then went to Fairport NY at seven years old where I was finally adopted to a couple who, had they been screened properly, showed many red flags as potential parents. By the time I was a teen, I was finally able to run away from them (after other tries) to Center for Youth Services. After the Center, I voluntarily signed myself into Hillside Children's Services, and after that, to St Joseph's Villa (now called The Villa) until emancipated at nineteen to be completely self-sufficient. There was a year I went back to the Wissick’s before going to St Joseph’s Villa. They had one day unexpectedly showed up at Hillside imploring me to move back “home”, but it was a trap. They wanted to the be the ones to kick me out their home for “not following rules” to make it look like they were the victims and I was the problem child. Starting with a GED, then to community college, followed by state university, to eventually a private grad school in NY where I've lived since now going on sixteen years. In 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, what began with spyware perpetrated by a Texan I met once many years ago in NY, my life has spiraled downhill to now, in 2025, destitution. Along with the Texan, an older white male, black and other POC scammers and their co conspirators, white collar cons and corrupt law enforcement, have all entrenched me to a seedy underworld of fraud, exploitation and enslavement where they've repeatedly raped me financially, set me up to be vulnerable to scams and fraud on my own devices that they control, robbed me years of my life—a chance at life. In my 40's, I find myself on the brink of homelessness through no fault of my own, a first in my life. When I’m evicted, I have no place to go but the streets. Criminals influence my internet and my devices—what are my chances of finding a job? I don’t know what Justice is in this warped, twisted, phony version of America, but I know what’s been happening to me is certainly, outrageously Unjust.

I seriously don't know what officials, journalists, tech, activists are doing. I've been whistleblowing this for three years terrorized all the while. Americans are being silently murdered, homelessness has been on the rise—my own has happened in real time through no fault of my own—teen mental health crisis, on and on and on. You need to get over being afraid to offend black people and putting newcomers first over Americans. Their lives "mattering" shouldn't kill others. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

The driving school gave special promotions/discounts to NYU Langone Hospital apart from ACE, an organization for the formerly incarcerated and homeless. They were the only two organizations the school gave promotions and discounts.
10-06-22, on the work phone, right before I was to leave for the day, I received a call from NYU Langone Hospital alleging I owed a bill for $1235. I've never been hospitalized; I've never been a patient at NYU Langone Hospital. And how did they get my work number?
The criminals control HR and employment sites. They hire their own kind, other criminals. I've posted NYT article of a NY doctor getting several years in prison for sexually abusing his patients at a prominent hospital. An Asian doctor who lived in Astoria drugged his dates, along with other suspect hires like the teacher at St Annes who had a past offense of defrauding an elderly couple 100k.

The scammer didn't make himself known until spring 2022, but it was him making the calls because by spring 2022, when the onslaught of terrorism first began, the frequency of the calls became intense, both in the robocalls and the silent calls where the caller would hang up after several seconds of silence.

NYT gave a few examples of victims defrauded by Zelle. All the victims were denied a refund of their stolen funds. The bank claimed they "authorized the transactions." Only when NYT reached out to Zelle about one victim, and another victim wrote a letter to the bank citing Regulation E at the urging of his partner who is a financial advisor did the bank refund the two victims. The rest of us, though, have to suck it up.
DEI AND “MURDER SHE WROTE”

They claim "You can't be what you can't see" which my entire existence proves is bullshit having never been around others like myself in race or culture, including two other reasons 1) Someone has to be first; we're not all sheep; and 2) I see black representation, just not with gold teeth and hoodies eating fried chicken.
A mid 1990's TV show portrayed black people as the good guys with the badges who went after the (white) criminals. But supremacists today want us to believe America is steeped in systemic racism. Don't buy it, and the proof is this show. Their victimization is self-serving in that it tries to conform us to their criminality.
