I just called Maritime Hotel in regards to my application. Front desk, a sweet-sounding person, transferred me to director's VM where I left message to introduce myself in addition to the application I recently submitted. I googled the director’s name, she is black. The websites is also mostly POC with one dominant representation. The interviewers from today and yesterday were one representation. The interviewer where I was rejected for second round looked to be LGBTQ.
Just received monthly report of "Buy Me Coffee" that's obstructed to anyone who has tried. Shows big fat "0." Substack metrics dropped by 7k; once it reaches 2k, it drops. They've been influencing all social media metrics since 2021 (YouTube videos, Substack posts, X/Twitter). If they can do this to me, they can do this anyone else, including to young people which is probably why there's a mental health crisis. Homelessness has doubled, FRAUD is off the charts, opioid addictions, young people committing more serious offenses, and suicid, etc. Contrary to what we hear, crime has not dropped, it's just moved online and I guarantee it's a much higher number than what would've counted as street crime.
Just to reiterate: the two interviews I had today and yesterday were from a company I never applied at of door-to-door sales 6 days/week from 10:45am to 8pm commission based only. I went to college to improve my life which was starting off at the most disadvantaged stance in life of having not a single parent and in foster care, but bc of POC criminals, I'm for the first time at risk of eviction w my only lifeline applying for welfare, an absolute first in my life, and they're still trying to scam me over another job.

Screenshots above: Pointing out the obvious again in case what I've been posting for 3yrs is becoming normalized: It is NOT normal to see the same people, ads, images over and over and over on different websites, platforms, devices. It happens most with the employment section on websites. For the past 2mths, having dedicated all day, 9am--8/9pm, applying for jobs, it's definitely noticeable who are getting the jobs as my earlier posts pointed out. It's the same representation over and over and over. One need only walk in any store in NY and take note who is working.
