NYS SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING
Screenshots above: I'm doing the mandatory "sexual harassment training" on my own time because I didn’t have time to do it at the office nor did I want to do it during my break. I’ve been having to do this training for some years now; I believe since around 2015, usually at the office. It’s about 30—45mins long. It covers much on LGBTQ+ identities and feels more like identity enforcement than sexual harassment training.

Screenshot above: I again point out that one skin color is capitalized while the other isn’t. That’s supremacy, and shocking to see it permitted. Even in NYT! Skin color shouldn’t be capitalized, especially when doing it for one and not the other, especially when they’re both in the same sentence!

Most professionals are adults who can pick up on social cues and know appropriate behavior and decency. As an adult, this insulting in its infantilizing “training” that’s basically showing what most people learn in kindergarten, to be respectful of others.

THOUGHTS AFTER DEBATE (THIS WAS WHEN I BELIEVED PRESIDENT TRUMP HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH WHAT I’VE BEEN WHISTLEBLOWING)
I’m dismayed that someone who was for President Biden would repost that one poor debate performance equals four years of Trump. I’m dismayed at President Biden’s raspy voice that made me want to clear my own throat. And more than anything else, I’m dismayed that the enslavement I’m experiencing and have since spring 2022, to my knowledge but almost certainly before, may be indefinitely.
I saw from other X posts that President Biden’s team wanted him to focus on Roe v Wade in the debate. Personally that doesn’t seem the strongest attack in swaying voters.
