TRAIN RIDE TO MANHATTAN
Today I went to the Human Resources Administration (HRA) office on E 16th Street; the same street and area where I went for a year of graduate school at the New School for Social Research in 2009, dropping out only because I couldn’t afford the last year. Because I owe money to the school, I don’t have a copy of my transcripts.

Mostly black and brown; and they all have tattoos and facial hair like in the ad. The women all have their eyelashes and their nails done. It’s one dominant culture. It’s almost an event to see a white person with a preppy or conservative look. You just don’t see that at all in NYC.
Video above shows how empty the trains are. I don’t know if people ride the trains as they did pre pandemic, but it doesn’t seem like it. The only time it’s busy are weekday mornings and Saturdays. For late June I would think there’d be tourists and young people out and about. Maybe because it’s so hot outside.
Video above is the Times Square stop where it’s usually like Grand Central, lots of foot traffic, but seems rather empty for late June.
HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION
Screenshot above: This was the sight to the front of the HRA building. I think he was defecating. He seemed to have just taken a piss before squatting. Several people loiter in the front of the building selling all kinds of stuff like phones, oils, even Spectrum internet service. Seems like a good spot for scammers trying to catch those who may fall for a “good deal.”
HRA sent a letter last month that I was approved for food stamps, but nothing on how it’s sent. Do I wait for the card to be mailed? Do I go to the office to retrieve the card? I read the EBT card (Electronic Benefits Transfer) works like a credit card from articles online of EBT scams and heard the same on YouTube clips of EBT scams. I was last at HRA on May 22nd, and told by the representative, “You’re all set; you have an active claim. You’ll receive everything in the mail”, and quickly dismissed.
After the criminals sent another email to my one support (the ex BF who had me in jail), emailing, again, his job, on 06-20-25, I have to be prepared should he be fired again over their emails. HRA wasn’t as busy today as it has been the other times I was there. When my number was called, I went to the window where two black female representatives sat side by side. One was helping another person, but made a point to look at me and gave me a dirty look, causing the other to laugh. No big deal; I ignored it and asked about the food stamps. She told me that I would have to get a temporary benefits card until the real card was mailed to me. She didn’t know the ETA of when the card would be sent. I was assigned another number and waited for my number to be called for the temporary card.
The representative this time seemed like a genuinely nice guy, not phony like the female. He gave me the temporary card and activated a PIN I chose; he said the card could be used immediately just like a debit card. I had $91.50 in food stamps and over $100 in cash that I could withdraw. HRA gives $34./week for subway fare that’s credited to the card and can be withdrawn. Apparently my benefits started in May; it had accumulated to $100. I thanked him and tried the card at the nearest bank, but it was declined. I went back to HRA.

Screenshot above: Stopped in a Santander Bank to try the temporary EBT card. Another homeless/mentally ill person was in front of the building next door. The homeless people seemed to have gotten worse; not just their numbers walking around, but they seem sicker and more mentally ill than ever before. There was a barefooted woman who was near naked, rocking back and forth on a bench with crumbs all over her, or maybe it was bird shit; who knows. It was a horrible sight, incredibly disturbing, as all of this is. It leaves you with a crestfallen and yucky feeling.
The second time around at HRA was a little longer of a wait. No big deal. I was viewing Instagram accounts looking for fraud as I usually do, what’s become an obsession since being a victim of fraud, along with reading BBB complaints. I read BBB complaints non stop, from morning until I went to sleep, all throughout 2023. I didn’t know then about the influenced social media. I waited altogether about 90 minutes and my iPhone’s battery drained in that time.

The criminals have definitely done something to make a fully charged battery drain within two hours. This is something I’ve noticed the past month; it’s one of their new tactics, and actually pointless because I seldom leave my apartment since fraud has taken over my life, and nothing stops me from getting out of bed to recharge my phone. I only have the iPhone charger that connects to the computer, not the wall jack one.
I was seen by the same representative. He didn’t have an answer to why the card was declined but said maybe it have something to do with yesterday’s outage. That caught my attention. You had a technical outage here yesterday?, I asked. How did you work? He responded, We didn’t; but luckily people can go to other locations. Interesting. I’m guessing outages are when the criminals infiltrate the system for passwords and other personal information, take money leftover or unclaimed, and whatever else illicit activity that helps out their schemes and makes them richer.
SECOND TIME AROUND AT HRA
Video above: This video shows a person who arrived after I did, his number was before mine. My number was never called, and I had to go up to report that my number was skipped. This video showed the criminals what my number was (at the time of video, the number called was VC3113). They can influence the system, and often, I'm sure, do. The outage the day before was probably them updating the malware, along with whatever else they do, like stealing private information.
When I was viewing banks' websites in Jan 2024, many had "maintenance" notifications. That's another word for "outage" of the criminals updating the malware, stealing private information and unclaimed funds, adding fees, etc. Jan 2024 was when friend was fired from his pharma job after 5yrs with the company. He had been assisting me since Sept 2023 after my unemployment ran out in July.
The day I spent 30hrs in jail, the fingerprinting took the officer about 5x's because the system would not take my prints. The officer said that was a first in his years of taking fingerprints. I believe it was harassment. You should see how outdated these systems are that the state uses. They look like Netscape, it's a joke. When they're that outdated, like late 1980's-early 1990's, that's deliberate. Someone is intentionally keeping outdated systems for the criminals to easily access.

TRAIN RIDE BACK TO ASTORIA
Screenshots above: On the train ride to HRA, I noticed one of the train stops in Astoria display a black female on screen. On the train ride back, I tried to document it, but only caught half of it. Reminded me of the UES train stop of a black female. It really does feel like the city is only for them and their kind.

EBT CARD DECLINED SECOND TIME
Video above: I stopped in the corner grocery store from apt building to test the EBT card with a can of Diet Coke. It was declined again. The first time using the EBT card, the machine asked for the PIN four times before it showed declined; that prompted me to want to document, so I had the cashier ring up the Diet Coke again, and the second time using the card the machine asked for the PIN twice, but never showed the Declined. The cashier gave me a receipt of the card declined to show the HRA representative. It could be that the funds are already scammed from the card. Wouldn’t surprise me.

Screenshots above: As with most businesses in NYC, but especially state agencies, like the DMV, 95% one dominant representation with the exception of a couple Chinese/SE Asians and Latinos. Some workers are more competent than others; some are friendlier than others, but there are those who barely grunt in greeting, give attitudes, or are incompetent making me wonder how they could possibly be employed but I have to be on food stamps for the first time in my life. Only took being in my forties and after seventeen years living in the city. But I know why, a criminal organization who influence my devices and everything else in society, particularly NYC, the Myanmar of the United States, the Capital of Fraud in the most powerful country in the world.

MAIL - CIVIL COURT, HOUSING
Screenshots above: When I returned from HRA, I checked my mail, something I do about once a week. I don't know why Civil Court sent me the two notices. I went to Housing Court on May 30th and June 11th, and told to return on July 22nd. Probably meant to be more harassment.
