NYT - REPARATIONS
Screenshot above: I’m sick of black people whining victimization for something that had nothing to do with any of us today, least of all people like myself, other POC and transplants who came to the U.S. many years later. They act like they’re the only ones in the world who have experienced injustice. The American public made black culture what it is today, superstar hip-hop moguls, billionaire athletes, multi-millionaire entrepreneurs, an export of global cool. All thanks to America, the American public.
Here we have the reparations theme again in NYT. Written by a black person. It mentions NY’s role in slavery in the 1700’s, and goes on to mention that slavery ended 200 years ago. It mentions nothing about the Underground Railroad in the late 1700’s until Lincoln signed Emancipation Proclamation in 1863 (Wikipedia). If we’re going back to 1700’s, we may as well start with the Native American genocide that nearly decimated them to nonexistence and did total havoc to the lives of those remaining. Talk about generational trauma. Black people claim that systemic racism and inequities are the reasons why they’ve been held back in education, health, homeownership, living full lives; basically hindered in their ability to be productive, healthy citizens despite that there are black people who are just that. If we’re going to talk about reparations and social justice for any disenfranchised group it should be kids in the social service system who are completely without fault for their circumstances with someone like myself, an international adoptee of unregulated industry, on top of the list. But I’m not waiting around to be paid through reparations, nor am I expecting it. I’m not a victim, I take charge. Reparations never crossed my mind. I was too busy trying to make something of myself, and now trying to restore my fundamental rights. So forgotten are kids in the system that they didn’t even make it in the so-called social justice movement. Felons, addicts, and the homeless had numerous non profits spring up for their cause, but I only saw one for foster care kids out of the hundreds of non profits I’ve viewed on Instagram with another one dedicated to incarcerated POC whose kids incidentally were included for care, but the organizations’ objective was on the incarcerated parent.
If I can overcome all that’s been thrown at me in life, so can anyone else. I’m a small Asian female who’s been alone in the world all my life. Not easy. And I never whined about it; though I certainly had my moments of loneliness, I saw myself as having immense freedom to do whatever I want with the only thing stopping me, money, and that made me work for it; not necessarily laboriously, but at least go to school with the expectation that a degree would land me a job to be able support myself. There is no such thing as helplessness in America. You help yourself.
DRIVING SCHOOL - NO PAID TIME OFF
NYC MAYORAL CANDIDATE
Screenshot above: Please, New Yorkers, let’s not elect a person for the title, The First Latino Female As NY Mayor. That’s not a qualification, that’s incidental. It should never be first consideration because it's still racism and sexism to elect someone for her race and gender over not electing others for theirs. A person is more than her race and gender. What makes the person competent to oversee the greatest and one of the most powerful cities in the world? The financial capital of the world? If your only answer is because “She’s the first Latino Female as NYC’s Mayor” sadly you’re woefully misguided. Race and gender isn’t going to make housing more affordable, stand up to corruption, create opportunities for all, not just for Latinos. You want someone who is beyond their race and gender so to be for all New Yorkers and who is competent to hold their ground when temptation presents itself, like offered an upgraded plane seat or a paid-for Mercedes. The mayor’s job is a civil servant, serving the constituents and upholding American values and way of life. The mayor’s job isn’t to serve and protect organized criminals, Turkey, China, or only blacks or Latinos. It’s come to the point when I hear a person introduced as “First Latino female…”, immediately a red flag alerts me. “First female Latino/black…” is one of the criminals’ most used lines. It’s a cheap play on what’s thought of as likability, which for some, has to fall under relatability. NY is the most diverse city in the world, there’s no need to focus on race here. A NY mayor should be just as much for one borough as for the other, for one NY’er as the next, no matter racial prevalence or race of the person. The same red flag alerts me when I hear “from working class background” or “for the working people.” I’m an orphan who has zero advantages, but I do not see myself as “working class” or even “poor” (even though presently I’m impoverished). I don’t want anyone to treat me as such. I’d like to be regarded for my possibilities, that there’s more to me than meets the eye. The criminals who function on see-to-be don’t understand that. Politicians should function on the possibilities of what makes the constituents and the city great, have a vision. Mayors who play the working class card seem to turn out to be the biggest grifters. Let’s not elect a grifter, but someone qualified and knows how to do the job for all New Yorkers.

DRIVING SCHOOL - HARASSMENT
Video above: This is a video I took today at the office after kicked off the NYS website to make road test appointments that’s crucial to my job. It’s of Google Sheets; the bottom scroll bar was deactivated and if I clicked the arrow, the spreadsheet would go in opposite direction.
Video above: Video shows when clicking the dropdown part of the third-party website to schedule a road test, it wouldn't let me select. Not recorded are the verification puzzles that sporadically appeared, one after another. None the less, I was able to schedule all the road test appointments. I skipped lunch just so I could diligently check for openings, knowing that the criminals will release the times when they know I'm not in front of the computer. I checked every 10, 15, 20, 30mins.

Screenshot above: I’m editing this post on 04-05-25 to better organize for clearer understanding. I’m keeping the original screenshot above that was taken on 09-13-24 to show my state of mind. Even though I was terribly harassed and bullied on the job, I was a good worker. The job itself was not easy, mostly because of the constant changing of schedules, particularly of road tests that operate on DMV’s availability that had to fit with both the client’s and instructor’s availability and that would, understandably, upset clients who paid hundreds in lessons; added to that was the constant and daily harassment bombarding me. I was working for the criminals, it was their business, and they have other criminals working at the DMV, I had to be on my toes and one step ahead to schedule road test appointments and create schedules.
PIECE OF CAKER MOVERS

INSTAGRAM - NAILS

Screenshots above: Monday Hair Care's Instagram and nails.

Screenshots above: Another clever marketing ploy. “Free” giveaways or the like with lattes and cappuccinos. All the criminal companies have the same look, it’s Kardashian-like with plumped lips, bubble buts, sneakers, nails, fried chicken, workout culture, nails, and the social media, mostly Instagram, saturated with people. Lots of headshots. But only if the people emulate their look which is the aforementioned description of what’s usually one dominant representation (Monday has a good number of white representation because white people still make up the consumer market and are the one with money) or the DEI look which includes body positivity (ie obesity) and the LGBTQ+/trans. Lots of tattoos, hyper makeup, colored/died hair and nose rings/septum rings or any facial piercings. If the company markets heavily, chances are it’s criminal. Marketing is another way they create illusion.
