SUPREMACY
If this isn't arrogant AF, I don't know what is. It's more like, everything black people love about themselves is thanks to America. You don't see sneaker culture, hip-hop, billionaire moguls in Africa. Thanks to the American public who support it.
Tale as old as time, HUBRIS. This is what DEI/BLM created, a narcissistic culture who already thought they were DIVAS, Kings and Queens while at the same time want us to pay them reparations because they're allegedly victims in America. Even from someone like me, an orphan/foundling/survivor of broken adoption of 1980’s unregulated international adoption industry/runaway/ward of the court (voluntarily signed myself in than stay with my abusers).
Let me bring black people back down to earth: The U.S. isn't Once Upon A Time In Africa; there are no kings or queens here. America made black culture as we know it, thanks to the American public who supported you through buying your music, watching your games and paying the taxes for the food stamps you lived on when you were a kid in the projects.

My posts give plenty of other examples of what can be interpreted as black supremacy. It is no surprise that working class white males are the new disenfranchised and prone to “despair deaths” in a society that has deliberately alienated them. Living in upstate New York, I personally knew of two white males who overdosed on opioids.
Black History Month, Juneteenth, MLK Day—two of the three are federal holidays that some employers give paid time off. At my last job, I was off on July 4th, but docked a day’s pay for it despite working full-time on salaried position. On any given social media profile of any business, government entity, service provider, academic institution are posts on the aforementioned days. There’s also Black Future Month, Black Philanthropy Month, Black Maternity Week, Black Music Month, Black History Month, Black Breastfeeding Week, Black Women’s Equal Pay Day, National HBCU Week, National Day of Racial Healing, and others, all of which I show from different social media accounts and websites throughout my posts.

For example, the first pair of Yeezys designed and worn by Kanye West sold for $1.8M with the sneakers in the second screenshot worth $25M (may be disinformation) also designed by a black man. LeBron James has multi-million deals with both Nike and Reebok. Where else but in America can a black man sell sneakers for millions? Where did it start? In the United States because of the public, the American ppl, who spent their money on the endorsements, bought the tickets to the games, bought the music etc. Which, thanks to America, became a global cool. Therefore, the American public does NOT owe black ppl anything, certainly not reparations in the time of DEI that has received billions and billions and billions as shown below. White suburbia payed the taxes for black single moms’ food stamps who were living in the projects. Taxpayers funded much of the billons that went towards DEI initiatives. If the money is coming from the government, it’s taxpayers’ money. That’s about as reparations as you can get. ENOUGH.

The criminals have the erroneous logic that their lack of representation in any given profession or industry is because of "systemic racism." No, it's because black people haven't put themselves out there to learn how to be a fashion designer. POC criminals have taken over critical infrastructure to reflect only them and their culture, therefore systemic racism is not the problem. It's more that black people haven’t made the effort to be a fashion designer. Did they go to design school? Apprentice as designer? Society isn't going to knock on the project doors and ask, Is there aspiring designer here? They have to make the effort and put in the work. That means getting out their comfort zone by removing themselves out their clique and neighborhood, and be prepared to put in the hard work. "The industry frequently pulls from black culture..." Black culture frequently pulls from high fashion. Before hip-hop stars wore Chanel and Gucci, white people did. It's not society's job to make them designers, it's theirs.

Since after pandemic, awards, funding, promotions have all gone primarily to one group. All bc of their skin color. "Addressing racial wealth gap... We're not able to fix systemic racism as a bank"--even while popular culture from hijacked critical infrastructure is one culture and DEI is implemented as national policy for one group. There is no such thing as "racial wealth gap"—there are historical advantages as geographical resources, man/brain power and tools, education, political structure, etc. The only wealth gap to exist is between the wealthy and poor. You can't claim to be Kings & Queens while at the same time cry victimization. This isn't Once Upon A Time In Africa. So-called racial wealth gap suggests that a skin color is fundamentally lesser than another--which defeats principle of social justice. Lots of discrepancies in approaching social justice by race (and gender) proving that it's ultimately bogus and FRAUD. The real socially disadvantaged are the disabled, orphans/foundlings/foster care kids (most are POC), single mothers, the elderly, and originals. Not black people. Being black ought not to be considered a disadvantage. I will NOT pay black ppl for being black. They're no different than I. They can take the initiative to improve their own lives, and in doing so lift themselves up from the gutter where they started. If I can, so can they. In America, there’s no excuse.

EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS. Grouping people according to their perceived race and cultural identity at the workplace, ie segregation, where such matters should not at all be considered for their discriminatory tendencies. This approach to employees turns the workplace into a support group of adult hand-holding. Work is to work, not to share personal experiences on identity, culture, grievances. I need not care about my colleague’s ethnic culture—that’s my right as an American. I choose what matters to me, not because it’s enforced upon me. Employee Resource Groups also has the faulty logic of Presentism Is Finalism. Using myself as an example: Though I look Asian, I’m an international adoptee who grew up in America. My formative years were split with white adoptive couple and as a ward of the court with all black and brown. I was nearly the only Asian in the white suburb and certainly the only Asian in 1990’s social service system in upstate NY. None of the Employee Resource Groups would apply to me as a unique individual who defies categorization; and that’s how each person should be regarded, a unique, one-of-a-kind individual who is irreplaceable. First World Issues are not black or white.
