LANDLORD, TERRORISM & FRAUD__Updated_02-21-25/744PM

On March 4, 2024:
I received two copies of my lease from my landlord to sign and mail back for renewal. This confused me. The lease for 2023 was from August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024. I didn’t understand why my landlord would mail me my lease to renew about four months early. Looking at the date of last year’s envelope containing lease renewal, it was sent one month before on June 22, 2023.
I emailed my landlord to confirm that the documents mailed to me were lease renewals. The response was affirmative.
Before I had emailed the landlord on March 13th, I had mentioned on my X that the lease renewal showed $100 increase. No notification beforehand. Seeing that I’m not working, I was a bit surprised and dismayed at the increase, which was a first since my move-in on August 5, 2021.
March 31, 2024:
At 7:53am, I powered my iPhone on and immediately received a text notification. The message was from the same unknown phone number, 718-577-1346, that has been harassing and threatening me since March 8th. I’m not in the habit of opening texts or answering calls from unknown numbers, but I could still see the opening lines that read “You are master of the self dox. Constantine does not know you have a roommate…” I documented the text message on my iMac’s Photo Booth (my iPhone’s camera has been disabled since December 2023, this includes taking screenshots), but then deleted the video after realizing my roommate’s phone number was visible under the text message from the number 718-577-1346. Constantine is my landlord.

April 5, 2024:
I received an email from landlord that included an invoice. I was confused. I had mailed the rent check on March 30th. Landlord’s PO Box is in Bayside, NY. It should only take a couple days for my mail to reach him.
I then posted my confusion on X, as I’ve gotten in the habit of posting nearly everything that happens to me because I never know what is fraud and what is legitimate.
Following the above two posts were other posts of video clips of when I dropped previous rent checks in the mailbox and can be viewed on 04-05-24.
April 6, 2024:
I received a text message from the same aforementioned phone number, 718-577-1346, that read, “your rent check was returned for partial payment better start packing.”
That same day, my migrant Egyptian roommate who I barely see because he works long hours outside the apartment, told me he also received harassing and threatening texts from the same phone number, 718-577-1346, at 2am on April 6th. Criminals know my landlord’s name, how much my rent is, my roommate’s phone number, why I was emailed an invoice from my landlord, my ConEd bill status—how is that possible? I’ve never told anyone any of that information. I never posted any of that information on my social media.

After my roommate received threatening text from the same unknown phone number that’s been harassing me, I made a point to finally go to Astoria NYPD. This was my third police report on harassment with the one harassment filed in 2022 and the other, aggravated harassment, in 2023, after my termination due to an email sent to my employer’s Info on my character defamation. I also called 9-1-1 at least three times in effort to report fraud in summer 2022, but was told because the fraud was less than $500, it wasn’t worth making a police report. At no time were officers or the detective concerned about how my criminals accessed my Gmail or PayPal accounts. This is why I was reluctant to bother with NYPD with all the others times I was terrorized. I didn’t feel NYPD took me seriously, but now criminals are harassing my roommate and I decidedly needed to report that.

April 9, 2024:
Once back at my apartment after walking around the part of Astoria where I used to live before moving in my current apartment, looking for places to drop off my resume, I called my landlord’s personal cell phone and left a voicemail asking if he wouldn’t mind calling me back. It was the first phone call I made to landlord since my time as his tenant in 2021. Email has been our mode of communication. After leaving the voicemail, I took a nap.
April 10, 2024:
Around 12:40am, I checked my iPhone to see if landlord returned my call. I did not see missed phone call from landlord; I then referred to Recents to ensure that his phone number was on my phone so that I could easily redial and try again. I saw that Recents had been deleted.
Hours later that same day, I checked my mailbox (something I do once a week), and saw a letter from the landlord. It was the returned rent check made out for $1300, what should’ve been $2300, and included a note that read, “Erica, Enclosed please find your partial rent check. Check is being returned as partial rent is NOT acceptable.” I was surprised at my own error to have written the rent check for partial amount when I intended to write it for $2300.
Since then, I’ve noticed Recents has been restored on my iPhone. The call I made to landlord is documented. I had text the superintendent for the landlord’s phone number on August 8, 2023. I still have the text on my iPhone. The superintendent responded with a phone number that began with 646 and provided a name that was different from the names I knew the landlord by but didn’t really give it much thought, thinking that maybe the superintendent knew him by a nick name.
After seeing my iPhone’s recents were deleted after my call to landlord, I took to my X:
At no time were the two copies of the lease mentioned in any of the landlord’s emails or letter with the returned check.

I receive an email from landlord at 9am on overpayment and to expect a refund check via USPS.
April 18, 2024:
I received a nearly identical email as before from landlord at 9:23am on overpayment and to expect a refund check via USPS.
What’s disturbing about both emails is that they include the gmail created by the criminals that ends with erica14 which they use whenever they dox and defame my character to my friend and his college-age daughter whom I’ve never met. I redact half the email because they use my friend’s surname before the erica14. This was the first time the email criminals use to defame my character was included in an email alleging to be my landlord.

I posted the above two emails on overpayment from landlord on X and mentioned that I have yet to receive the $100 refund check.

April 23, 2024:
My roommate told me he still receives text messages from 718-577-1279. My roommate is a middle-aged Egyptian migrant who works long hours outside the apartment or goes out with his friends in Little Egypt/Dubai, around the corner from the apt budding. I have never told him anything about the ConEd or fraud or terrorism I contend with daily. He pays a fixed rent each month. He doesn’t own a computer, laptop or TV.

I visited a friend in Manhattan who confirmed he does not receive my calls, texts or emails, but does receive the emails from the email address that ends in erica14 in my character defamation. It included the two emails from landlord on $100 overpayment.

May 1, 2024:
Above photos: Email allegedly from landlord with attached invoice for rent. It includes the email created by the criminals who use it every time they dox me and/defame my character/impersonate me. I never shared the email with anyone, least of all the landlord. Email was sent 734am on the 1st. Rent isn't technically due until the 1st of each month, which means there's a possibility my rent check could be mailed sometime later today. According to my lease, I have until the 5th of each month before a late fee is added. All this suggests that somehow my landlord is involved in the fraud and terrorism. I suspect they've been impersonating the landlord since I took over the lease in December 2021.

May 11, 2024:
By what seems a miracle, I started working at a new job on May 6th after an interview on May 3rd. The job is an 8min walk from my apartment; it’s only me and one other female in the office. It’s the perfect set up for the situation I find myself in insofar it’s low risk and liability with hardly anyone in the office and I don’t rely on my own devices, ie it’s not work-from-home, nor do I rely on my cell phone. The manager is a sweet, personable female who is young enough who I believe would be understanding to my situation should she be contacted by the criminals in any attempt at my character defamation and if the terrorism should start again at the workplace. I have 3 police reports and an FBI report all of which I’ve documented on my iPhone.
I have not paid rent this month, and held off on depositing my roommate’s check until yesterday (May 10th), Friday, May 10th, after work. The last time I heard from landlord was the email above on May 1st. I have checked my email daily for his response to my email also sent on May 1st. He has not responded until today, at 1:52PM, with only the message “late fee incurred”. As I suspected, depositing my roommate’s check in my checking account would most likely rouse a response. No mention of email sent on May 1st nor anything related to my email’s contents.
Isn’t it interesting that it took May 11th for a late fee notice from landlord. Isn’t it also interesting that it’s one day after depositing roommate’s check in my checking account. Most interesting of all is that there’s no mention of my email sent on May 1st. I responded back to landlord with the following email:

Photo above: Screenshot is of roommate's phone. He called the landlord, who he has named as “Deno”, Wednesday, 5/29, at 2:14pm and that the landlord returned the call at 2:28pm. Roommate didn’t leave voicemail, yet the landlord appeared to know who was calling him that he called the phone number back. Call lasted a minute. You can hear in the video roommate telling me that he had asked the landlord if I had paid rent, and that's it. Landlord didn't ask why he was calling, who he was, why the rent wasn't paid, etc. I called that same phone number on April 9th and left a voicemail to please call me back and I didn’t ever get a call back.

He gave me impression "[He] will tonight" leave rent check in same spot as he has done for 1.5yrs as my roommate. Instead he sends me text around 9pm that he's moving out by June 1st. I was surprised, but not really, as I had a foreboding that the criminals had scared him with their texts and he had thought the worst of me.

I told him only just today when I asked him if he recognized the voice in the video to be the same voice he spoke to on the phone. Do you remember the door and the lock, I asked him? That’s all linked to texts you’ve been getting. He said he remembered it was a little over year ago.

The explicit image is an alleged roommate response to my room-for-rent post on CL on June 11th that’s most likely from the criminals. I didn’t bother to read it. The past due amount is from this past week, July 1st, the day new roommate moved in. I have never received a response from landlord on his involvement to the terrorism that's gripped my life.
August 14, 2024:
On Sat, 7/27, I mailed my rent check for August and a part of May, the month I withheld rent. In total, I mailed a check of $3k. My rent is $2200., plus there is $50. late fee for May’s rent.
Today, after checking my mail, something I do once every two weeks as I mostly get spam mail (harassment) and (fraud) ConEd and Chase invoices, I notice mail from landlord of an updated invoice for May, along with a tenant ledger.
Of all the times I have emailed him about the harassment that had my Egyptian roommate of 1.5yrs move out, and the several times I’ve been doxed to him by strangers who have been terrorizing me, not a peep did he make about any of it. He hasn’t once asked me about May’s rent that I withheld, when I intend to pay it, or why my former roommate called him that one day.
December 26, 2024:
I was still on the train coming back from Mark’s in Manhattan when I posted on my other X at 4:05pm the first screenshot (below). This was the day we had huge argument when he refused to tell me whether the criminals had contacted him again which accounted for his abrupt change in behavior from the day before. The criminals use an email they created with my full name to defame my character, I have a right to know. They have contacted Mark several times since we started talking again in September 2023 when he was financially assisting me after my unemployment expired until he was fired from his job in January 2024. I was also trying to tell him that the call he received on Christmas Eve allegedly from IRS was most likely spoofed as all federal workers were off that day, an executive order from President Biden. Mark has never believed I’ve been a victim of fraud, terrorism or that cybercrimes can happen in America. He thinks it only happens in Russia and North Korea.
The email from landlord was sent at 4:02pm, 3 minutes before my post on my X while on the train. This is the criminals’ characteristic piggybacking that they deployed with the NYS Taxation letter sent to me a few weeks before I was fired, 11-01-24, at the driving school and rejected for unemployment on 11-19-24, the rejection letter mailed to me next day after I completed the process of filing an unemployment claim on 11-18-24 of what the rep on the phone said should take two weeks. Call to unemployment rep is recorded with her saying the process takes two weeks.

January 6th, 2025:
The same email was sent on 12-26-24 after the argument with Mark. Reminder that my landlord, who goes by different names—John, Dino, Pafos, Constantine—has never asked for me for ID, proof of employment, references or permission to do a credit check when I took over the lease from the original roommate in Dec 2021. Nor did the original roommate ever ask for ID, proof of employment, references or permission to do a credit check. The landlord has only mailed me leases to sign and mail back. When the original roommate emailed him about putting the second roommate on the lease, he declined, responding I was to be the sole lease holder. Shortly after taking over the lease, the landlord emailed me asking for confirmation that ConEd was to be switched to my name, which I found odd. He has never once returned my call nor responded to my emails asking him on his involvement to the harassment or how the doxxing email used in my character defamation was included in his emails to me.
May 2024 was the month I couldn't afford to pay rent and still owe $550 after paying installments while employed at the driving school. Note that the email sent was on May 1st at 7:34AM. My lease shows after the 5th, there's a $50 late fee, suggesting I had until the 5th. As soon as I clicked send, the fake email that ends with "erica14" became defunct.

The day two police officers made a scene at my apt door at 6:30AM by relentlessly pounding on the door, I had posted on my X:
“Coincidentally, my roommate didn't spend the night here. I noticed she left rather hurriedly without looking at me, as though running out the door. It was before the email I sent to her asking if she had been contacted in my character defamation. She responded to me about 2.5hrs after with "I got a text a few days ago, I didn't really know what they were talking about." My response back to her was "Ok yeah they're scammers who have been on my ass since 2022. Just ignore.’ She never mentioned anything to me, or showed the text to me, and never responded back to my last text.”

“From my alleged landlord at 8:11am, on the first of February, when I technically have until the 5th, according to my lease. Maybe the rent would've been mailed later today—it's Sat, mail is still received on Saturday. Same exact thing happened in May 2024, the month I didn't pay rent.”
In my years of living in apartments, I have never not paid rent except for May 2024 and this month. I have never been at risk of eviction. My last apartment I was a tenant for 6-7 years and not once missed a payment. In the 15yrs+ living in NY, I have never not paid rent. It’s only been since fraud has gripped my life and since I’ve been a victim of cybercrimes and criminals have controlled my livelihood by my compromised devices and influenced internet, lifelines to employment. They got me terminated in 2023, which to this day, the owners believe my work performance was due to carelessness and incompetence, not that I was harassed with spyware, fraud and robocalls. I know this from the email asking for a letter of recommendation in aiding my efforts for employment. They seemingly reluctantly agreed to do so. I was scammed of my last employment where I was unqualified for unemployment when they abruptly let me go despite the job post offering “at least a year” of employment, along with paid time off, which I didn’t get. Because criminals influence my ability to sustain myself, I’m for the first time at risk of eviction, homelessness, and finding myself having to apply for public assistance—all firsts in my life. And that’s overcoming great adversity with absolutely no advantages in life, which includes the most basic necessities, a family member or guardian and a home. I have done my part to make a life for myself, but because the criminals are black and I’m not, they are allowed to do this to me because only “black lives matter.” This is America today. It’s black supremacy and incredibly fucked up to one who had a harder life than any black man of injustices that directly affected me, not inherited from an angry single mother or an injustice that happened before any our times. Many injustices have happened after slavery, the Holocaust being one and I don’t see Jewish people who experienced genocide getting any where near the same special treatment as black people. Jewish people lifted themselves up from a great wrong. Why can’t black people? Why are they allowed to defraud and scam other Americans? Just because their lives matter doesn’t give them the right to destroy the lives of others. What has become of America to adopt such a warped perspective of letting criminals and crime run amok and rampant?
February 11, 2025:
Email from landlord. In May, he only emailed about rent once, on May 1st, before 9am.
My email to the landlord that went unanswered, as all my emails to him about his involvement in the cybercrimes have gone unanswered.
The email from landlord was probably sent this morning because I had sent someone a long text last night that I will be raped and murdered once on the street, the only place I have to go when evicted, and I sounded excitable. I kept repeating the words raped and murdered.

February 21, 2025:
Just received from alleged landlord. They spoof emails, so one never knows. Personally I think my landlord is on on the fraud. I've never been asked for any ID or proof of employment, credit check, references when I moved in 2021. Landlord has not once replied to my emails asking his involvement in the harassment. I also asked him the process of eviction so I can prepare myself for the worst—no response—and the last email he sent was on bthrm floor causing damage to downstairs apt. Reminder: I'm obstructed from finding emplymt on influenced internet controlled by criminals. Their goal since, really, 2022, is to make me homeless so I'm raped and murdered in Eric Adams NY. They think, then, that they'd be off the hook. I think it's a little too late for that.
I didn't pay rent last May and they only emailed invoice once. This mth they've emailed me 3x's in less than mth. Both this mth and May I received an invoice for rent right on the 1st of the month, both times before 9am, suggesting that they knew I couldn't pay rent. I've mailed rent past the 1st before (I have until the 5th), and not once did I receive invoice on the 1st of mth from landlord. How did they know to send invoice on the 1st before 9am when both days were days USPS was delivering mail?
It's the same as when I applied for unemploymt after fired at driving school and I received rejection letter the next day after completing application despite the rep on phone (documented) said it would take 2wks.
I've mentioned that they influence and have infiltrated state agencies just as criminals have infiltrated USPS. I've gone in person to HRA when I tried to apply for HEAP. It's all one representation w the exception of a few Chinese and Hispanic ppl. Other than that, the workers are 99% black. This is true for Housing Authority, or whatever state agency that will be involved in my eviction process, down to the judge. That's why despite that I have ample proof of suspect activities going on with strangers harassing me and that my landlord has never asked me for ID/proof of employment/credit check/etc nor has he ever responded to my emails or phone call—they don't care because all of it is influenced by criminals, ie they influence the system.
I suspect the same thing happened when I turned myself in to police precinct on 01-22-25. The two officers showed up at my door 630am on Wed 01-15-25 (someone let them in; not once did they ring my doorbell). The one police officer was near adamant that I open my door saying he had a warrant for my arrest, but I wouldn't open the door. He left his card under the door after trying to get me to open it for at least 20mins. He called next day and left VM. I called the precinct two days after and connected to a different officer. He told me to come in 01-22-25, also a Wednesday. He left two VM's and text me the day before to confirm appointment. This suggests to me that whoever was taking my report was getting paid; and also Wednesday was the day that criminals can influence someone/something.
