Since living in Astoria, I usually go to the neighborhood tax service business to get my taxes done. It’s kind of silly because I’m the simplest, most basic form of a single independent. I went to the two tax services shown in the screenshots below; one in 2019, the other in 2021. The 2021 one said that I owed $1025. in taxes for the unemployment benefits I was receiving during the Covid-19 pandemic. I was surprised because I had checked off the option to have the taxes taken out the benefits. I have never before owed in taxes. Because I’ve been unemployed except for the stint at the driving school from May to Nov 2024, I have been unable to pay the $1025.

Sometime around late February to early March 2022 is when the initial scammer first made his presence known. The Texans—Hall ODonnell, Rae Nicoletti and her husband, Hall’s younger brother who was more an accomplice, were then all on my devices via spyware—and because, I infer, they were doing what the scammer does professionally—influence social media, deploy “dark psychology”, violate a persons’ civil liberties—he couldn’t help himself from wanting in.
After he stepped out from lurking in the shadows of my devices, the onslaught of terrorism began on both my iPhone and iMac, along with the office phone where I worked as the receptionist for a neighborhood contractor. For example, both my iPhone and iMac’s storage would be maxed out in the same week; Substack posts would be tampered with and metrics influenced; manic robocalls on the office phone; suspicious calls and texts on my iPhone and emails to my gmail; fraud occurred three times in my PayPal account… To give a few examples.
On March 1, 2022, I received a random email from ConEd about a smart meter installation. After that, my ConEd bills shot up. This is a common complaint on ConEd’s BBB and Consumer Affairs websites.

Come November 2022, I received a letter from NYS Department of Taxation and Finance on 11-14-2022 of what I owed, now $1104.85 up from $1025 in 2021. November was the month I made my first police report to what today is a collection of six. I would’ve had even more had I made a police report for the time the owner from the driving school emailed me about the criminals sending her emails and the other times when my friend reported that the criminals sent him and his daughter, who I’ve never met, emails to his work and her university email addresses.

The call was what had the wheels in my head turning that something was not right. The biggest reason being that they were all bullies like I’ve never experienced for customer service and having worked in customer service, not at all acceptable behavior. I would’ve been fired in an instant if I had ever spoken to a client the way the two representatives and the supervisor spoke to me, over me, and hung up the call on me, what they said was “disconnected.” I called back each time it happened, refusing to back down.

The criminals got me fired from the neighborhood contractor by sending an email to my employer accusing me of racism and linking one of my YouTube videos when I documented one of the many robocalls to the office and I tell the scammer, “I will destroy you.” And I am. That was on 01-20-23. My boss actually thought I was talking to a legitimate vendor. I had reported the harassing robocalls to his wife, the comptroller, back in November, but apparently she did not inform him, or maybe he didn’t take it seriously. I don’t know. He was actually a very nice guy who I didn’t see much. Before I left, I stopped in his office to thank him for the opportunity and asked him if he wouldn’t mind if I applied for unemployment (I believe it’s employers who pay it), and he said he did not mind because he felt sorry for me. I gathered he thought I was mental.
The unemployment was from February to August 2023. In September, I contacted the exBF, the one who had me in jail in 2019 and would have me in jail again in January of this year, both for scratches I don’t recall doing when triggered TF out because he’s exceptionally good at triggering me, which is why we shouldn’t be talking to each other at all. I hadn’t talked to him since 2019 over the jail incident, but needed help, and he was the only one who could help me. He had emailed me in 2020 during the pandemic, but I didn’t respond. He seemed sincerely pleased to hear from me and helped me financially from Sept through January 2024, until he was fired at his job of five years. All the while I was researching fraud, mostly then reading BBB complaints online and posting screenshots of those that corroborated with my own experience of fraud.
The criminals doxxed me to him several times. They contacted him via email and text, neither of which I ever posted online. They emailed his daughter at her university email address. An email I never googled from zero interest and don’t believe is made public information by googling.

A few days before the above messages from friend, I received a letter from NYS Department of Taxation and Finance on 10-05-2023 (below) of what I owed, now $1262.42 up from $1104.85 in 2022.

I was let go at the driving school a week before my last day, 11-08-24. The owner told me in person when he stopped in the office that the week would be my last. I was not surprised. Every day I went to the office I felt an impending doom was awaiting me. I was bullied by the managers and harassed online whenever I tried to schedule driving lessons and road tests, and by the strange texts and calls received on the work phone. That was the month I was posting on what appears to be influenced academia. All 2023 was spent on reading BBB complaints, obsessively, from morning until I went to sleep. All 2024 was spent on focusing and posting on different businesses and financial services’ websites; it was also when I discovered influenced social media. This year is when I ascertained counterfeits.

SPOOFED IRS CALL - SUGGESTING STATE AGENCIES ARE CRIMINALLY INFLUENCED
After showing the weaponization of the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance, it’s not inconceivable that a nefarious influence is happening with state agencies. The reason I spent nearly thirty hours in jail back in January was because I visited the friend mentioned above on Christmas Day. He told me he received a call from IRS the day before and it cost him $400K that his accountant had sent for back taxes. He said the caller ID showed “IRS.” I was suspicious of this and googled when I returned to my apt whether federal workers worked on Christmas Eve, and according to a few internet links, they did not. President Biden had given all federal employees the day off. When I returned to friend’s place on 12-26-2024, as we had planned, I tried to tell him this, but the criminals had contacted him before I came over and once again sent whatever character defamation email about me to him and my Substack/X and probably photoshopped n-words and accused me of “doxxing you and your daughter; telling the world your business.” He gave me a hard time; wouldn’t even show me their email which I like to have as documentation for paper trail. We argued, and I guess at some point I scratched his cheek or hand. I don’t remember what the officer said. That scratch had two police officers show up at my apt door at exactly 6:30am one month later to arrest me. They made a scene on the floor by pounding and banging on the door until I answered it. Someone let them in the building—they never rang the doorbell—and they knew I was home. I tried to ignore the noise, because I couldn’t figure out what was happening and was very unsettled, fearful, of the commotion, but it persisted for about 20 minutes and wouldn’t stop until I grabbed my phone to turn on the camera to document whatever I was about to be confronted with at the apt door. I knew whatever it was that it had to do with the criminals who’ve been terrorizing me since 2022. As soon as I had my phone on camera mode and walked towards the door, the noise stopped. This is all covered in the January Substack post. It was a very unpleasant experience and one I don’t care to rehash again here.

Googled IRS scams and apparently it’s so common that NY’s Attorney General, Letitia James, has a notice of it on her website. “A caller impersonates an IRS official…”—impersonations, the criminals number one tactic to extort, intimidate, sow chaos and discord. “The IRS will never call to demand immediate payment. The IRS notifies you in writing…” I had documented friend telling me he was called by IRS on Christmas Eve twice on my iPhone to show explicit fraud happening and had uploaded the two videos on my YouTube channel that the criminals have since deleted. If, theoretically, this were ever go to court, I’m sure friend has paperwork from his accountant documenting that the funds for back taxes were sent on Christmas Eve.
SOCIALISM - MORE MONEY TO THE STATE IS MORE POWER TO THE STATE AKA CRIMINAL INFLUENCE, NOT POWER TO THE PEOPLE
The reason why I created this post is to show viewers that the state agencies seem to be linked and/or influenced by the criminals. That—surprise, surprise—there’s corruption going on. NYC just had a mayoral primary where the winner claims to be a Democratic Socialist, which means higher taxes and the state dictating how the money will be spent. Maybe to some people they think of socialism as free money, but I assure you socialism is far from free money. It comes with a cost, your autonomy. Socialism means more money to the state, a state that’s the third wealthiest in the U.S. after CA and TX, and already has dire needs from poverty and homelessness, both of which have surged since the Covid-19 pandemic, according to NYT articles.

I evaded homelessness all my life until my forties? After living in NYC for 17+ years I’m on the brink of homelessness? How is that possible? Is it because I suddenly don’t want to work? How is it I’ve never been evicted from an apt before until now? How is this possible? What’s going on that I can’t find a job and one that pays a living wage that comes with even health insurance when I’m living in NYC?

When a state is both wealthy with dire human needs, that’s a man-made problem, and that man-made problem is the invisible criminal influence that’s taken hold of especially NYC, the Myanmar of the U.S., along with corruption or, at the very least, incompetent officials who mismanage funds out of either ignorance, misguidedness, or self-interest, the latter falling under corruption. NYC’s public schools are one of the nations’ lowest performing in math and reading despite a school budget of $86B. I cover this a few times on Substack. Think twice if you think giving more financial control to the state is a good thing because that’s what socialism is, higher taxes not just to the wealthy, but to everyone. Do you think the wealthy are going to stick around and allow themselves to fully fund for a socialist state in higher taxes? What’s in it for them besides losing a lot of money? Nothing, therefore they probably won’t stick around. They will to move to Palm Beach, FL where the taxes are a lot less and where many wealthy New Yorkers have already moved from the first great exodus during the pandemic. Who then will fund the free transportation, free childcare, rent freezes, and whatever else that’ll be “free” peddled by the socialist extremist? It’ll be the most vulnerable New Yorkers who can’t afford to pick and go, making the cost of living even greater than ever before because the taxes brought in by the wealthy will no longer be available to the state. NYC has lost billions in taxes since the pandemic from the first great exodus. Not only will the wealthy residents and corporations probably relocate where the taxes are a lot less and where the state is not a socialist one, but whatever money allocated from the state to its residents won’t be “free” to use at your will. The state will direct you where you can spend the money. To me, this means criminals helping out other criminals.
Socialism has nothing to do with opportunities, equity and an easier life. It has everything to do with giving power to the state, which means giving more power to the invisible criminal influence that especially loves social services precisely because it’s more money for them. In fact, the above NYT articles on homelessness and poverty were probably meant to draw in more money to the state, but like everything that involves defrauding and scheming, it backfired. What it really shows is a man-made problem that’s insistent on persistent poverty—Why? To bring in more money to the state. More money to the state is more money to the invisible criminal influence. We don’t know how the criminals do what they do, but we can see their influence and the damage done. The influence is what my Substack is primarily about, along with the damage the influence has done to me, which is incidental to viewers, but everything to me. This is my life, and I’ve already lost five years of it, though I suspect more years have been lost in that the fraud has been going on for over a decade. I’m fighting back the only way I can by using the same platform that the criminals depend to defraud, scheme, scam—the internet. Joseph Stalin is quoted, “One death is a tragedy; a million is a statistic.” With cybercrimes, that flips—One life lost is, Who cares?, but a million is genocide, and of another level.

The article claims that baby boomers are the most vulnerable to homelessness because their parents who have supported them are deceased and that’s when the homelessness begins. I do not for a second believe that. The baby boomer generation in America was when a person could afford a house, car, and get a decent-paying job without a college education. The generation is called “boomer” for a reason, because after WW II, the United States was prosperous and everyone was having babies. Not only that, but it’s rather common sense that if an adult should be supported by a parent, and once that parent passes away, yes, instability may set in. I don’t believe that’s the full reason why baby boomers are most homeless, if they should really be the most vulnerable to homelessness. I see young people all the time sitting in front of stores with a plastic cup in front of them, some of them using dogs as a decoy. After living in NYC, you become familiar with the scams.
Reminder: I’ve never had a parent or a family member; I’ve been prematurely responsible for myself in my education, housing, subsistence, 100%, since 19 years old and I have never been homeless or in a shelter. It took forty years and after living in NYC over seventeen years and after making it to graduate school for homelessness to become a reality. NYT published on 06-20-25, “Americans Are Thriving…” Then how and why am I in the position I’m in when I’m capable and ambitious with a BA? It’s a man-made problem, ie a criminal influence that decides who thrives and who doesn’t. Note, too, the teeter-tottering of NYT articles within a span of a year—poverty (02-26-25), homelessness (06-13-24 & 01-02-25) to thriving (06-20-25). How does that make sense? What could account for the back and forth? Guess.
AOC EMAILS THAT I NEVER AUTHORIZED - MORE SIGNS OF CRIMINAL INFLUENCE TO A CRIMINAL AGENDA

I don't buy “the squad”; I sure as hell am NOT a socialist/Marxist. Fuck that. I believe in a society of thriving and striving, not settling for basics and complacency. America is not a socialist country; don't let these losers who have nothing genuine or innovative to offer turn us into a stolid, constipated nation. We are fierce go-getters. We do not look for handouts—WE ARE NOT VICTIMS, WE ARE AMERICANS. I don’t know about anyone else, but I sure as hell don’t want to live off the same income as my entire neighborhood. I will not abate my ambitions, lower my standards, nor slow down because of those who can't keep up. America did not become a global superpower with socialism; it became a global superpower with pluralism—unless Native American, everyone is from somewhere else —which includes diverse thought processes, perspectives, politics and co existence of it all. America became a global superpower because it allows for innovation and innovation can only happen with diverse thought processes and perspectives of a pluralistic society, not only the like-minded of one culture and one dominant group of people reigning supreme as “royalty” from self-proclaimed “kings” and “queens.” There is no monarchy in the U.S. (will touch on this more in next post). POC CRIMINALS WHO MURDER WHITE MALES OR TRY THEIR HARDEST TO GET MARGINALIZED ASIAN FEMALE TO COMMIT SUICIDE BECAUSE WE “DON’T MATTER”
I want to remind the internet that today's white male is NOT to be blamed for being the progeny of those who lived in geographically advantageous lands, who came up with powerful political systems (such as Democracy), and who used their brains to create tools that built ships, and used those ships to sail across the world, and for even conquering the lands the ships anchored. It's called history. We cannot change the past, only learn from the past, and hopefully evolve and do our part to make the future a better place FOR ALL, not just for selective groups based on race, gender or sexual orientation. Therefore, there is no such thing as “white supremacy” in the United States just as there is no such thing as black supremacy in Africa or Asian supremacy in Asia or Latino Supremacy in South America. It’s history, which overtime, evolves. Hopefully for the better for EVERYONE regardless of race and gender/sexual orientation.

What’s highlighted in the second screenshot touched me, especially the part when the white male’s mother said to her son’s killer, “You never met him, but [decided to murder him senselessly]. You decided that you mattered more than he did.”
And that’s basically the same objective as the criminal organization I’m calling out—they decide who matters and who doesn’t, and they expect you to put whoever they say matters first in your life before yourself, your family and friends. If you don’t, they will do their best to destroy you, as they have done to me. Some unstable people, like the POC male who murdered the TCU student, will straight up kill you point blank because they decide you don’t matter or justify their murder with “white supremacy.” Rightfully so that the murderer got 60 years, what should’ve been the death penalty.
This is what the United States is turning into with POC criminals who have brainwashed society via hijacked critical infrastructure with “white supremacy.”
The only reason why a transnational criminal organization claims “white supremacy” on America and not Asian supremacy in China or Hispanic supremacy in Colombia is because the United States is where all the money is at; it’s still the number one global superpower, and they’re trying to make it work for them, their kind (the like-minded), and them only.
