NYT & LAWSUIT OVER LUXURY CONDO BUILDING

Block Thirty's Instagram shows Blackness, sneaker's from a black-owned store called Iridium77 Lab, which also looks to be selling counterfeits. It has the same kind of merchandise as all the brands I’ve been posting.

Screenshots above: Sunglass Hut’s Instagram. As mentioned before, in NY for sure, it’s POC and billionaires who are living it up. In Manhattan it’s conspicuous. They’re wearing the expensive clothes and accessories with their har/nails/eyelashes done. None of which are subtle; all are over-the-top and high maintenance. Extremely long nails with glitter, stones, and little pictures on them; very long eye lashes; and the long braids. Literally overnight, they went from have-not's to have's, and still, they're whining victim.
The criminals' look to me is oozing in toxicity. Claw-like nails ready to stab you, glares sizing you up and ready to spot vulnerabilities to scheme, turn your back on these people and they will stab you and steal whatever is on you. That's what I get from their look. But I could be "bias." I tend to like a little brightness/youthfulness, irreverence with a touch of wholesomeness, elegance, class all topped with a flair of originality when it comes to style. None of this is in the criminals' look because they don't have any of that in them.
Rollerskating in NY, the Myanmar of the U.S.; the hub for scams and fraud that's taken over the U.S. creating its own invisible system of ruling class and slaves. They criminals are trying to make a slave out of me, but I'm still in America, I'm still American, and will fight to the death. Not afraid.

INSTAGRAM - JANSPORT
Screenshots above: Jansport backpacks were around when I was in junior high; every body had them. The brand looks to still be for that age group. I think it's disgusting that Jansport, aka a criminally influenced brand, is once again targeting young people with trans/LGBTQ+. It has nothing to do with whether I support it or not, am one myself or not, but everything to do with a brand ought to stay out of young peoples’ personal lives. It has no business to offer so-called therapy (from POC therapist, btw) to young people on its Instagram. It's a backpack company, not a mental health service. Not only that, but it’s propagating victim culture, a dangerous thing to do to the young as it zaps their will-to-power, especially if they don't have support systems.
There was once a time when brands were very protective of their public image like a politician was of his reputation. Brands would not take risks at the slightest foreseeable tarnish of a perfected public image that took a lot of hard work to establish. Marketing, advertising, building community with a target audience by offering a product or service that was dependable and reliable, the only thing people expect from a trusted brand. What changed? Criminal influence. It's this kind of interference that probably instills mental health crisis to begin with in the young. Brands have no business in their customers’ personal lives. If we don’t allow it from the government, we should not allow it from brands; and in fact, brands have historically not interfered in their customers’ personal lives. It’s only been a recent phenomenon, one that works against the brand, to involve itself in the personal lives of customers. And this raises an interesting question: Why would a brand interfere in its customers’ personal lives at the risk of its public image and profits? It appears that these brands have nothing to lose in the matter; and they probably don’t because it’s one criminal influence that's monopolizes them under its control.
The same claim of black and trans/LGBTQ+ being most risk for suicides was mentioned in NYT article written by POC even though the examples she gave of the suicides were all white boys with one possibly Hispanic, I couldn’t tell by the picture or name - Link to post (bottom). The same criminal influence that has prestigious universities offer petting zoos as a way for students to destress also propagates victim culture while destroying the life of a marginalized Asian female who is a real victim of social injustice with this injustice having the real and devastating consequence of ruining her life because the criminals control all that’s online, and well, that’s everything. Employment, banking, credit, health, etc. It’s fraud. No wonder why there’s a mental health crisis with the young, along with the national discontent that has Americans at their lowest ever on the World Happiness Report.
I again point out what should be by now evident that the criminal influence targets the young through academia, social media, streaming services, compromised devices, infected apps, children’s books, who knows what else. Apple’s BBB has numerous complaints on parents charged hundreds of dollars because their kids were playing a game, many on Roblox, and somehow were charged. When there's several complaints on the same issue, it's intentional, or at least the developers and Apple are most likely aware of the issue. Some examples below:
AMERICANS AND THE WORLD HAPPINESS REPORT & NYT’S STUDENTS “LOSING GROUND”
Interestingly, Americans were at their happiest in 2012, coming in 11th place on the World Happiness Report. Since then, Americans have consecutively dropped in happiness with 2024 the lowest. 2012 is about as long as I surmise the criminal influence has taken hold, or when 2009 financial crisis hit. Since 2012, Americans have consecutively dropped in happiness, and that makes sense; it would take maybe a year or two before the effects kick in, never improving with the criminal influence over society. But it makes sense that it keeps getting lower and lower each year since then. The same thing has been happening to some students with a recent NYT article, "The lowest performing students are in a free fall... For at least a decade, 2013, students in the bottom quartile have been losing ground on the National Assessment of Educational Progress, a key exam that tests fourth and eighth grade students in math and reading." That is New York students despite the $89 billion spent on its public schools in one year.

CHASE BANK & SERVICE FEE
Screenshot above: My friend was kind to send me $30. instead of $20., but the criminals made sure to take out $12. monthly service fee that only started around pandemic. Other banks' BBB complaints confirm arbitrary fee. I'm so destitute but the criminals are still fiends for whatever they can get! The fee is unnecessary because when I once called Chase about it, I was refunded when I didn't even ask for a refund; it was offered. I had recorded the Chase call and uploaded to my YT channel that was deleted. I may be impoverished but at least I'm not a fiend for someone's dollar.
Reminding the internet that fraud happened multiple times in my Chase account during 2021 lockdown, about $3k in different transactions all through ATM when I had not once been to ATM during lockdown and used my bank card only. Then in 2023 at CTown the corner grocery store where someone kept getting $50+ cashbacks. One day it was twice. I only do $20 cash backs for laundry. Not once was a refunded. I was told by Chase that on their end, they believe I had approved the transactions. And then there's my inflated ConEd bills, Amazon orders of counterfeits, charged $9.99/month terabyte from Apple when there's nothing on my phone, charged $32/month for Amazon Prime even though I kept calling to cancel all throughout 2023, fraud charges in PayPal by the scammer—it feels great! to be financially raped by scammers and fraudsters! It feels great to be enslaved! Today's America!

In all, interfering in its customers lives and dictating what should "matter" and be "important" to them. Kind was mentioned on Drip's Instagram. Proof in itself the brand is corrupt.
