EVICTION NOTICE CONTINUED

Screenshots above: Just like I was fired at Revolution Driving School at the same time I was posting on academia's influenced Instagram, now the criminals are evicting me after obstructing my ability to find employment and applying for food stamps on NYSdotgov’s website. This is the first time in my life I’ve been evicted just like it’s the first time in my life I’ve had to apply for public assistance.
I'm again asking for help. I've been asking for help since 2021 when I first took to the internet to show the world what was happening to me on my devices; devices I paid for and pay monthly to use. Help is whatever shape or form, but it's been one me against a transnational criminal ring who have hijacked critical infrastructure and compromised devices. Devices that they deliver as refurbished and/or counterfeits with packages improperly sealed, already opened, and missing headphones and the little Apple booklet, and that come with malware and spyware after paying a $99. replacement fee.
I don’t have a support system, ie a family, and I'm marginalized from a life of injustices that involved an unregulated international adoption industry and child abuse that ended as a broken adoption. I’m alone. On the other hand, it’s because I’m so independent and well trained in hardship, mental anguish, and acute alienation that I’ve been able to hold my ground against a criminal organization. Since 2021, it’s been doxing and character defamation emails, doorbell harassments, 30hrs in jail, a false wellness check that had apt door axed open, influenced metrics, people on X and Substack obstructed from contacting and donating to me, weaponization of my devices, etc. The criminals have been trying to make me self-harm, go into a mental ward, or make me homeless since 2021 when I first ascertained the ConEd fraud.
Screenshot above: An example text message from a stranger texting me at a time no one texts me as though he knew me. It’s the most bizarre experience to go through. Strangers are texting me that I should seek help! Why? What gives them the liberty to diagnosis me? How do they know? Why would anyone text such a presumptuous message to a stranger? What makes them think their behavior is normal or acceptable and that I’m the abnormal one? Why do they care so much what I do online? Why are they hounding me? Why are they harassing me? For the record, I do not smoke weed.
They can’t influence me or pay me off like they can others. Since 2021, my life has been solely dedicated to whistleblowing the fraud, terrorism and injustice happening to me and many other Americans. All I do is sit in front of my iMac 12-16hrs a day collecting evidence of fraud and documenting influenced internet and Roku. Luigi Mangione murdering at point blank the UHC executive that received a torrent of gleeful responses online is a glimpse of what I’m calling out. I'm 115lbs small Asian female who's never been in a physical fight much less do I carry a knife or any other weapon to defend myself in a NYC homeless shelter. I don’t deserve any of this. I’m only defending myself and trying to restore my fundamental rights. I don’t see why strangers can access my bank account whenever they want, use spyware on me on my devices, increase my utility bill, lock me out my accounts, delete my accounts, terrorize me, stalk me, deliver counterfeits to me, steal my donations, obstruct my ability to find employment or influence my employment, control my healthcare and benefits, even influence and obstruct my ability to meet someone online. What gives them that right to do all that to me? I am not their slave; they do not own me or what belongs to me. All I’m doing is defending myself against monstrous injustice. I may not be black, but my life still matters.
*Please excuse all the grammatical errors. My mind is jolted and stricken, feels like a long-lasting brain freeze, and it makes linear expression hard.
CRIMINAL IMPERSONATIONS

Screenshots above: First image is a comment to my X post by a profile that uses my Instagram pic and my name with BLM, "Just pay your rent dumbass." What's real? That I'm withholding rent and "just" don't want to pay it, or that something unjust is happening to me involving ppl who impersonate me like the comment and the doxing emails? Criminals have created two profiles using my name and two gmails using my name that they send doxing and character defamation emails of me to employers, roommates, people I know. The Erica Black Is Back is from 01-08-25 after hours long weaponization of storage full alerts that obstructed me from X and using my device normally. If you view its followings, it’s all sports-related profiles, nothing I would follow. Always race is weaponized. Once I was finally able to log into X, the fake profile commented to a post like the one commented to my eviction notice post tonight—Link to post (little past beginning).
Screenshot above: Another text from a stranger aka criminal who thinks it’s normal to send texts to strangers as though s/he knows them and call a stranger “dumbass.”

HARVARD LAW & COLUMBIA LAW SCHOOLS - LAW REVIEW PUBLICATIONS

Screenshots above: Harvard Law Review's elected president. Columbia Law Review "second African American woman"—because race and gender are the #1 qualifications in today's world. The Columbia Law person was "elected" four months after WSJ's November 2023 Instagram post “Fewer Black Professionals Are Getting Promoted Into Management.” The Columbia Law person was appointed the position two months before BLM. If the first person was "elected" as president of a publication of the most prestigious and wealthiest University in U.S., the most wealthiest and powerful country in the world, it begs the question, What systemic racism?
Hi: I've been fighting on my own what's really domestic terrorism since 2021. I'm trying to save my own life, and in doing so, many other Americans and the American way of life. I deserve to live. All my life has been striving to make a life for myself, and I worked really hard against the odds with absolutely no advantages. Not one word of encouragement from a single mom or a place I can call home. I’ve had to be my own parent, cheerleader, friend, mentor, guidance counselor, and I’ve overcome a lot. I don’t acknowledge my birthday or have family to spend the holidays with, and I never complained about any of it, or ever looked for a handout. I never thought of myself a victim. I'm open to jobs, donations, references, direction—I just want to get past this. I don’t know if that’s possible because the criminals are so embedded in society, in the U.S., I don’t know who or what is real or fraud. I believe the more people who become aware of what’s going on the better, it will diminish the criminals’ influence and power, people can protect themselves against fraud, and the criminal agenda and get on their local officials to act on the counterfeits, corruption, toxic identity politics, and the unjust exceptionalism of one group under the pretext of DEI. The Trump Administration has done away with it, but NYC and many brands’ websites still have DEI in place. I feel like my dedication to whistleblowing counterfeits, hijacked critical infrastructure, and compromised devices is like working for the federal government only without getting paid. NYT had article on people investigating pandemic fraud and getting paid by the government for it. What I'm whistleblowing will help the Trump Administration, especially if President Trump is the one to bust the criminals. People can finally be able to pay their utility bills! And they won’t have to by hypervigilant about scams and fraud! Sounds like such a pleasant way to live! Don't let the criminals get to make me homeless where they'll send black/brown males to rape and slash me. No one will claim me when I'm found, and that makes me easy target. They're playing a game with my life because I’m whistleblowing their crimes, don't let them win. I've been clinging onto life since 2021, and managed to escape all that they’ve thrown at me, but now homelessness is very real; they control my devices and influence the internet. Don't let them win, I'm the good guy here and trying to restore Opportunity for All. Terrorists control much in the U.S. and they will only get more powerful. Let's bring the terrorists to Justice and return America to how it was founded, by hardworking, honest Americans who make the world a better place.
In two weeks I will be on the street. I will lose what little I have. I emailed the person who I adopted my cat for her to be picked up. I shouldn't have to die in a shelter, slashed and raped. I should be able to euthanize myself. I'm not afraid to die, I’m ok with dying if this is how the world is, I just don't want to suffer anymore. I should have that option instead of going into a NYC shelter full of mentally ill and all POC people who will see me as easy target. I should be able to die peacefully and not raped and slashed clinging onto to life in a world that has no room for me. I tried and I’m tired and I would rather go peacefully and quietly. Black and brown people shouldn’t be able to rape me and slash me on top of all that they’ve done to me already. They shouldn’t get that chance! They shouldn’t be able to rape and slash me too until I’m clinging onto life in the hospital. Right now I’m clinging onto life, but not in the hospital. I should be able to go peacefully and quietly.
X - TRENDING
Screenshot above: Under What’s Happening—Murder. We Hurt People. Yes, the criminals not only hurt people, but murder them. They’ve committed what’s akin to a silent genocide brought on by cybercrimes in the form of suicides, early elderly deaths, poverty, addictions, mental health crisis, violence, alcoholism—all of that has surged since around 2012.
COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY - SAME LOOK

Screenshots above: Same concept and touch: Columbia University and Votedotorg. The Crown Act (Instagram account on black hair discrimination legislation).
COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY - LION
Screenshot above: The criminals don't have to sneak an image of a panther, lion, cheetah, leopard or any other big cat on Columbia's Instagram. The university's mascot is the lion.
COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY - SAME ILLUSTRATOR & PHOTOGRAPHER

Screenshots above: Columbia University. Find Cosmic Bliss.
COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY - BEFORE BLM

Screenshots above: Columbia University—all images are before BLM, 2020. Same as Harvard University, ample representation of POC/blacks. What systemic racism? If Harvard and Columbia have this much representation of POC/blacks, it's safe to say there is no systemic racism in the U.S. because it's these institutions that create wealth, and in America, wealth is power. It all comes down to a haters' inferiority complex.
TWISTED REALITY

Screenshots above: The Time magazine illustration is the illustrator shown in this post - Link to post (little past midway). Note the lion with the crown. The race baiting of alleged hate crimes against Asians, in NY, which has a thriving Asian scene with two Chinatowns, Little India, and plethora of Japanese restaurants and markets. As usual, the criminals conveniently twist things around to suit them. Identity politics, polarizing, toxic identity politics is their #1 means to meet their agenda. It's been weaponized even against me, an int'l adoptee.

Screenshots above: Most people seem to be over identity politics going by the comments. It's so validating to read comments. I don't have anyone to talk to, comments are the closest to being validated and offering support.
COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY - BLACK HAIR
Screenshot above: Columbia University. They made sure to include a post on black hair, one that symbolizes their agenda.
COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY - FOOD TRUCKS

Screenshots above: Columbia University has a post on the many food trucks on campus. I bet they're criminal businesses with the owners as a front, like the driving school. Similar trucks are "experiential" vehicles used for marketing—Link to post (midway) and link to post (bottom).
FORBES

Screenshots above: Edible Arrangements in Forbes. The business is one block away from my apartment building. I would walk by it every day when I worked at the driving school. I never saw anyone in there, but noticed what must’ve been the online orders sitting on the countertops waiting to be picked up. Didn’t look all that impressive.
Edible Arrangements BBB - Link to website.

Screenshots above: Nerds ad on Roku and Nerds on Instagram with Shaboozey who’s also featured in Forbes. Those who appear in “30 Under 30”, and other similar Forbes’ articles, are basically the criminals' creations that support their agenda of identity politics, culture wars, and counterfeit scheme. That’s not to say they’re not talented people who most likely are not aware of the influenced process to the extent that it is.

Screenshots above: Same reoccurring themes. Black wealth. LeBron James. And the brands are all hijacked and probably the most lucrative for the criminals.
NEW YORK POST - SO-CALLED PROGRESSIVES WHO WORK FOR CRIMINALS OVER CONSTITUENTS

Screenshots above: Thank you to NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch who called out the Bronx DA for letting felony crimes be charged as misdemeanors. Any surprise it's the Bronx DA? She jeopardizes public safety in putting criminals first over constituents. As one who isn’t a criminal, it’s an affront that elected council members are acting against the public interest in prioritizing criminals and giving them courtesy. Commissioner Tisch, on the other hand, seems to be a woman with common sense views on crimes and who isn’t in collusion with criminals in acting favorably towards them. She comes from a philanthropic billionaire family but works a hard, unglamorous job as NYPD Commissioner in a world of tough police officers and criminals. A true public servant. She doesn't have to work at all; and what's assuring is that she familiar with privilege and probably wouldn’t be easily seduced by money and luxury items offered as bribes. And she's a Harvard grad, from when times were authentic, and you had to use your brains to get in, not be of a certain skin color. The Bronx DA, however, as with the trend of many so-called POC progressives, is lax with the criminals.

Screenshots above: Similarly, another Bronx official, one who is for Defund-The-Police, believes crime shouldn’t be met with more law enforcement, but “alternative solutions.” Society is not a means of therapy for criminals. The victim has a right to be validated and seek appropriate justice; society has a right to feel safe. No one forced the criminal to act criminally, he made that decision by his own volition and therefore should face the consequences. That’s called Justice.
HARASSMENTS
Screenshot above: The grey spaces are videos that didn’t record on various days. In the past, after recording a video in Photo Booth, I’d upload to YouTube, then delete the video in Photo Booth because they video is inflated to take a lot of storage space. The criminals can influence Photobooth so as not record videos, as though that will stop me. I do the video again until it does. I will NOT be dictated to by criminals on my iMac in my bedroom.

Screenshots above: Another example of the criminals' harassment and how they think of the littlest things to do. Popups in the upper corner, what are captions, always appear when taking screenshots of posts on Substack. I often delete the caption first, then take the screenshot, to avoid the popups. On the bottom corner of the first image shows a floating screenshot. They can make the screenshot stay at a standstill for however long they want. There have been times when it’s held in abeyance for over a minute.
Screenshot above: Just to show how hard the criminals try to make me feel bad—sometimes when I'm at my most forsaken I'll google Hall ODonnell. The last time I did this was around the holidays, after I had been fired at the driving school. Before that I hadn't thought about him in about a year. I was shocked to see he was married when I googled him in January. I text him in our customary way, which is me sending him a message in the text app without really sending it, or sometimes I do, and it'll show "sent as text message" before it'll stop showing even that. He has an iPhone that showed "delivered" for months before the criminal appeared who then changed the messages as showing "sent as text message” from then on. I don't usually send the message because I know he can see my message even while typing it, spyware. He has a way of letting me know he sees my message. It took me a couple weeks to realize he wasn't married, that it was disinformation by the criminals in their effort to make me feel bad/suicidal/I don't "matter." To this day I don't know if Hall ODonnell is obstructed from my phone because of the criminals or he just doesn't want to get involved, maybe to save his own skin. I do know he's always on my phone when I message him. I've been very mean to him lately because of stress; it's hard to know he's so comfortable and living well and having fun when I'm on the brink of homelessness and everything else that's happening to me. The scammer only appeared because of Hall ODonnell who's white, and the scammer sees white males as competition, which in this case, was my objectification. I have to live for however long I have left to live that Hall ODonnell, someone who I loved, is ok with the injustice happening to me, along with seemingly the world.
Screenshot above: Another example of message to Hall ODonnell. When I'm texting the message, it's blue, but turns green as soon as I send. If I send a second message the "Sent as Text Message" stops appearing. Similar to what they do with metrics, same idea, insitlling, You Don't Matter. What's remarkable is that the criminals spend a lot of time claiming they matter, but think of the littlest things to make sure everyone else’s' psyche thinks that they don't. That's why there's mental health crisis, addictions, alcoholism, school shootings and violence. Luckily I'm accustomed to abuse and alienation from my formative years and have built an armor. The criminals are professionals and have done this a long time. They pay attention to what a person is in the habit of doing and take note of what serves as a boost. For example, I refer to the profiles that appear on my X page for a boost, and they know that from watching me, and either influence with all NY's profiles or keep the same profiles appearing. I also refresh my page a lot to keep it kinetic, otherwise it stays stagnant. Even refreshing my page only increases the metrics one or two digits at a timet. Luckily, too, I'm not one to need permission from others to "matter" and so long as I do to myself, that's enough for me. Note the emoji’s in the text are one representation. It’s been like that since 2021.
HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANCE

Screenshots above: I went to Human Resource Assistance aka social services this morning as directed by the Eviction Notice, "If you are not currently receiving public assistance and require financial help, you should apply at your local Income Maintenance Center." Same deal as ConEd. It's a one-time assistance and after that, I’m disqualified from receiving it again in the future. It offers no job resources, not that I wouldn't be obstructed anyway, especially as it is NYS. All the workers were black except one Chinese. All looked well-clothed, not necessarily well dressed, but layers of sweaters, dresses, lots of accessories. Being so poor myself, I noticed it. In NY, it's mostly black people who are well-clothed, carrying shopping bags, wearing all the accessories. I noticed it in the subway and walking the streets. At HRA two workers had what I presume were counterfeit YSL purses worn criss-cross against the chest. All the ads in the subway and throughout the city are of one culture with the representation black/Latino, a few Asian. The ads match Roku in its saturation of one culture.
While at HRA, two people came in and sat on either side of me waiting to be assisted. Both had their food stamps stolen. I documented the one person telling me this. I have to complete my application by calling a number; I was on hold 34mins and harassed. My phone blacked out making it impossible to press a number to respond to automation. Even powering off the phone took much effort. I had to remove the phone case to do so.
The subways have an emptiness about them. NY is one culture only, the urban cool look, of all black/brown, no other culture exists. The new majority is definitely visible on the trains. It’s rare to see more than a few white people. The ads in the subways and around city esp reinforce this sense of new majority. Black ppl are ones with money these days with the clothes, shoes, many of the females have long braids, nails done, tons of accessories, and the ones who sit outside lunching.
The Eviction Notice gave me two weeks, but the HRA application process will probably take longer. The HRA worker asked me if I received court notice and I told her I received two weeks notice. She was Chinese and hard to understand and I don't think she understood me. I still have to finish application by calling the number that I was on hold for 34mins. I asked what I should do if I can't get through—the criminals obstruct calls with hours long holds—and the worker assured me I eventually will and that they don't do in-person appointments.
STANFORD UNIVERSITY

Screenshots above: Stanford University: "People who understand me, understand my life experiences, understand where I cam from..." Johnson & Johnson: "Employee Resource Groups... that focus on shared identities/affinities and experiences..." Many of the Employee Resource/Affinity Groups claim to foster shared interests and experiences. As though work is a group therapy. Here's rude awakening from a one-of-a-kind person who no one can share my experiences, and that's OK, I'm still validated because so long as I matter to myself, that's all that "matters"—not everyone is going to understand you. The world isn't obligated to understand you. It should be enough that they're receptive to you.

Screenshots above: Two different descriptions for Johnson & Johnson' Employee Business/Resource Groups, one from today, the other from 2024. "Shared identities/affinities and experiences", to me, is for the like-minded, open to only your own kind, but DEI claims it's about diverse perspectives and experiences.

PET THERAPY & ACADEMIA

Screenshots above: Petting therapy to help students relieve the stress at Harvard Business School, Harvard Law and Harvard Medical School.
As much I love animals I don't believe university students should be infantilized. It undermines their ability to be adults and seems like a good way to instill neurosis. Universities and colleges that prepare young adults for the world should not be doing it through petting zoos.

Screenshot above: Black people have been senselessly killing each other since the 1990's in gang violence, street violence, and over a pair of $100 Nike sneakers. Their disregard for lives, each others' and other peoples', has normalized and entrenched a culture of violence and complete disregard for life that's also normalized hustling, whether a pit bull's in the underground world of dog fighting and profiting from animal cruelty, scamming an old ladies' life savings, or terrorizing and ruining the life of a marginalized Asian's, an actual victim of social injustice as product of 1980's unregulated int'l adoption that resulted in broken adoption and voluntary admission in state care as a runaway. "White supremacy" has fought alongside black males in the Civil War, supported black lives via social services, made them billionaire hip-hop and basketball moguls not seen in any other country along with making them a global export of cool, all thanks to the American public who bought and supported their music, endorsements, sports games, culture. "White supremacy" is such a problem in the U.S. that black Americans can claim it's rampant in society even while attending the most prestigious, wealthiest universities in the most wealthiest, powerful country in the world, hijack critical infrastructure to make it all about them and for them, receive billions upon billions in exclusive government funding, philanthropy, donations, mentorships—all for the color of their skin—and still want more in the name of reparations and at the cost of everyone else sidelined. Even while they've been getting public assistance for decades.

STANFORD UNIVERSITY - BLACK CONTINGENT
Screenshot above: Lol, "who keeps us safe." They carry knives on them starting in grammar school in NYC. NYPD confiscated 200+ knives in the MTA alone this year. Black victimization wants us to believe white people today place nooses on a black person's desk when 1) white ppl don't think about race like that, that’s black people. 2) No white person is going to risk his/her life putting a noose near a black person, much less around their neck. Black people have guns and knives on them. They're violent, and everyone knows it. They act like they just read about slavery and have "noose" and "reparations" now in their vocabulary. I read about slavery in second grade and it’s only been recently that I'm hearing about hate crimes involving nooses along with the abrupt demand for reparations, and I grew up in the 1990’s.

Screenshots above: One of Stanford Black Association's Following on Instagram, Justice For Black Girls: They're instilling in young people's minds that they're "special" and "sacred" in a culture that's enforcing all over the internet long, impractical nails that I have to imagine make cleaning, working, anything involving grit challenging as everything involves the hands. Can't be fussy about breaking a nail for that which involves rolling up the sleeves and getting the hands dirty. They're instilling entitlements, a diva-like, queen mentality. Everything is black-this, black-that. A hyper focus on race. During the Civil Rights era, it was I Am A Man. Today, it’s I Am A Black Man.
