INSTAGRAM - BEN & JERRY’S ICE CREAM

Screenshots above: Ben & Jerry’s Instagram shows murals, one dominant representation, partnership with a black-owned coffee company called Black & Bold, and sponsored a talk on reparations at Bennett College, an all-female HBCU.

Screenshots above: A post on banning slavery despite that it was abolished in 1863 during the Civil War fought by both black and white American males. Here’s another example of the criminals’ deflecting their criminal actions onto society in portraying themselves as victims, which in this case, is that slavery still exists as recently as 2022. Look at the commotion black people make on race. Do you think black Americans today would allow themselves be enslaved by white people? I don’t think so. Unlike the 1800’s, black people today own guns and knives. I don’t think any white person would try to chain, whip, or put a noose around a back person’s neck like they did in the 1800’s, nearly two hundred years ago, unless that person were suicidal. Slavery may still be happening today, but it’s not black Americans who are enslaved. It’s people in third world countries trying to escape poverty, it’s children who are without kin, it’s every animal in captivity that’s exploited to make money or put to work, like donkeys in the Middle East. It’s the most vulnerable groups who are enslaved today, and that’s not black Americans. No one is going to fuck with a thug from the projects who has a gun or knife on him. Don’t buy into the self-serving victimization narrative made possible through hijacked critical infrastrucure.

Screenshots above: "Everybody deserves a first chance"—an initiative that helps felons find work after their sentence, something that not even kids who age out of foster care system get. Black Votes Matter. Reparations, on top of the billions in government funding, philanthropy, public donations—isn't that reparations? That’s not counting the money from fraud and scams.

Screenshots above: More race baiting on Ben & Jerry's Instagram. A brand of ice cream available and bought by all. When you think of ice cream, is politics the first thing to come to mind? Identity politics like critical race theory? Ice cream is usually a pleasant experience, one that’s even for kids. These posts ruined Ben & Jerry’s for me, not that I was into it before. I don’t think I’ll ever see the brand the same way again. Who the hell wants identity politics ice cream except those who benefit from the identity politics?

INSTAGRAM - HARVARD UNIVERSITY

Screenshots above: Just want to point out that these images from Harvard University’s Instagram are all before BLM in 2020. They’re dated 2014 to 2019. Harvard’s Instagram certainly has ample representation of POC/black people and culture before and after BLM. If there was systemic racism in the U.S. before BLM, it wasn't at Harvard University, the most prestigious and wealthiest university in the U.S. Anyone can view Harvard’s Instagram and see for themselves. It’s not terribly long to scroll to the first post, which begins in 2012 - Link to Instagram.

Screenshots above: Images above are dated 2015 and 2016, years before BLM.
HARVARD UNIVERSITY - VANDALISM OF AFRICAN-AMERICA PHOTOGRAPHY

Screenshots above: No offense, but the defacing of African-American faculty at Harvard Law School was probably a hate crime hoax. Harvard students are of the caliber to be past petty racism of bygone days. Discrepancy. Just like a noose in 2025. Unlike the criminals, I've been around white people; I've lived with them, grew up with them, just as I did with blacks as a ward of the court (3 years in the system; about 6 years in Fairport), and I know white people do not think about race like black people do. White people do not think about race at all whereas black people think about it all the time. I’ve never heard a white person say, Because I’m white, I can. But the black criminals want us to believe, Because they’re black, they can’t. For example, You Can’t Be What You Can’t See. As the only Asian in all-white suburb and all black and brown system, I know that’s not true. My entire existence refutes that claim. Someone at some point has to be the first; dare to be the first. Their victimization for being black—referring to slavery, nooses, and hate crimes from 1950’s era down South doesn’t work in today’s America, especially in the northeast. It’s a discrepancy to the national psyche, and the proof of that is the criminals’ influence of the internet, Roku, customer service jobs at Wholefoods, USPS, FedEx, Uber, UPSM Door Dash, Costco, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, DMV—all the state jobs are of one representation, at least in NY; at the driving school, my colleagues were black; the last time I followed up on my application the person responsible for the hiring was black. Every business I walk into has all POC workers with one dominant representation and I bet anyone reading this who walks in their local CVS, Wholefoods, Target, TMobile store or takes note who their mail carrier and delivery person is, will also say POC/black.

African-Americans are free, but the effects of slavery still exist"—says a black male attending Harvard, the most prestigious and wealthiest university in the U.S. "Inclusion and belonging..."—in 2017, three years before nationwide DEI initiatives.

Screenshots above: Much focus on black females on Harvard's Instagram. Black Arts Festival at Harvard. "Spearheaded the creation of Low-Income Student Advocates and also worked on Black Religion, Spirituality Conference and president of Prison Education Project, a student group that tutors incarcerated people pursuing college degrees." The same lingo and so-called social justice programs, like for the incarcerated and felons, that’s been implemented across the country after BLM are also mentioned on Harvard's Instagram posts years before BLM.

Screenshots above: Co-founded Period, the Menstrual Movement (something the criminals are into, “Period Poverty” and the like). "Collecting historical data on black woman's suffrage organizations." Beats product placement mention. The black female empowerment that's all over the internet (particularly coming from single moms, low-income homes, underserved neighborhoods).

EVICTION NOTICE

Screenshots above: Same car as on 04-11-25 - Link to post (beginning), but looks to be different person. Person rang my doorbell last night after 7PM. He's holding a document that could be the Eviction Notice that I just noticed taped on my apt door.

Screenshots above: Same car today, but person did not walk out the building for me to document. I waited for 10mins hanging out my window. I walked out my apt to run to store and saw Eviction Notice taped to door. I know the criminals are watching via the camera in the hall. I know they’re watching my every move wondering what I will do next. This is all a game to them and one they’ve been playing since 2022. Their goal has been to make me commit suicide (I had videos on my deleted YT channel of me emphatically saying, Someone, a stranger, is trying to make me self harm, trying to make me commit suicide!) or to make me homeless. They’ve done this in sending character defamation emails to employers and roommates, to recently obstructing employment online and obstructing my ability to apply for food stamps.
No different from when I was fired at Revolution Driving School in November at the same time I was posting on academia's influenced Instagram. Now it’s eviction after the criminals obstructed my ability to find employment on my devices and scammed me at the driving school so I wouldn’t qualify for unemployment. This is the first time in my 44yrs I've been evicted. Just like it’s the first time I’ve had to apply for food stamps. The eviction will be on my record and I will not be able to rent another apartment again.

Black People did this to me. Black and brown people have killed many Americans doing the same thing that they’re doing to me. I’ve shown in real time how my life has plummeted. All because of black and brown people trying to eliminate white people what they call “white supremacy” instead of just returning to Africa or Latin America. And why don’t they? Because they want America’s money and power, much of it started and founded by white males, but they want to claim it as theirs with their “new majority.”
Screenshot above: This is the landlord's lawyer. I don't know anything about evictions. No one is going to be able to contact me via my phone or email listed above. No one can donate to me. You can try to reach me at 917-463-8227/ew11010@gmail.com. Most likely I won’t get text/email but it doesn’t hurt to try. I'd like to live. All my life I've fought to live and tried very hard to make a life for myself. Please help.
